About the Role

Build practical AI-powered tools and automations that directly improve how Imperio Railing operates — from lead qualification bots to internal knowledge assistants to automated reporting pipelines.

You will work with real production systems, real APIs, and real business problems. No toy projects. If you can go from 'here's a problem' to 'here's a working prototype' in days, this role is for you.

This is a role for someone who understands that the quality of a prompt matters as much as the quality of the code — and who is obsessive about building things that actually work in the hands of non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Build AI Agents & Automations
Design and build AI agents and automation workflows using LLM APIs and agentic frameworks — solving real operational problems.
Internal Tools
Build internal tools: chatbots, document processors, data extractors, and report generators that non-technical staff can operate independently.
Identify Automation Opportunities
Map high-ROI automation opportunities across sales, marketing, and operations — then scope and build them.
API & System Integration
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems via APIs and webhooks — connecting tools the team already uses.

Requirements

Python and/or JavaScript

You can build and ship independently — not just read tutorials.

LLM API Experience

Direct hands-on experience with OpenAI, Gemini, or equivalent APIs.

Agentic or Automation Framework

Experience with at least one: LangChain, CrewAI, n8n, Make, or equivalent.

Prompt Engineering

You know how to get reliable structured outputs from LLMs — system prompts, JSON mode, few-shot examples.

Mandatory Requirement

AI Development Tools

Active use of Gemini, GPT-4, or equivalent for development work, plus Cursor or Copilot for coding. This is non-negotiable.

Nice to Have

RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Supabase pgvector)
Deployment experience (Vercel, Railway, Render)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Monday – Saturday
Duration: 3 – 6 months; Flexible, default expectation is 6 months
