About the Role

Drive Imperio's brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp — creating content that makes premium railing products desirable to architects, builders, and homeowners alike.

Work across the full marketing stack: researching and identifying potential customers (architects, builders, contractors), building targeted audience lists, running ad campaigns, writing copy, and tracking what actually converts — all in a fast-moving environment where your output is visible the same week you create it.

This role is for someone who combines sharp content instincts with a data-first mindset — finding the right audience, targeting them precisely, and measuring everything. If you can move from market research to live campaign in the same week, this is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Audience Research & Targeting

    Research and identify potential customers — architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers — using LinkedIn, industry directories, and data tools. Build targeted audience lists to power ad campaigns and outreach.

  • Content Creation & Copywriting

    Write captions, reel scripts, ad copy, and WhatsApp broadcast messages for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. Clear, on-brand, and conversion-focused.

  • Social Media Management

    Plan and schedule content calendars for Instagram and LinkedIn. Monitor engagement, track what resonates, and keep channels consistently active.

  • Paid Campaign Management

    Set up and monitor Meta and Google ad campaigns. Track performance metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS), flag issues, and suggest optimisations based on data.

  • WhatsApp Broadcast Campaigns

    Draft and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for dealers, contractors, and warm leads — product launches, promotional offers, and follow-up sequences.

  • Market & Competitor Research

    Track competitor marketing, identify trends in the architectural hardware space, and feed insights into content strategy and campaign direction.

Requirements

Content & Copywriting

Strong written English. Can write a compelling Instagram caption and a LinkedIn post in the same afternoon with completely different tones.

Platform Fluency

Active user of Instagram and LinkedIn. Understands organic reach, content formats, and what makes posts perform.

Data-Driven Mindset

Comfortable reading basic campaign metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS) and using them to make decisions, not just report them.

Mandatory Requirement

AI Marketing Tools

Active use of AI tools for content ideation, copy generation, and campaign optimisation. This is non-negotiable.

Nice to Have

  • Experience running Meta or Google Ads campaigns
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or equivalent creative tools
  • Understanding of SEO basics (keyword research, on-page optimisation)
