About the Role

Help Imperio reach the top architects, builders, and contractors in the city — through direct outreach, in-person product presentations, and relationship-driven dealer development.

Work directly with the sales team to qualify leads, manage CRM pipelines, and coordinate follow-ups for railing projects across residential and commercial segments. WhatsApp is our primary communication channel — speed and tone both matter.

Responsibilities

  • Architect & Builder Outreach

    Identify and contact the top architects, builders, and contractors in the city via LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Build a qualified prospect list and initiate first conversations.

  • In-Person Meetings & Presentations

    Meet architects and builders face-to-face to present Imperio's product range. Build relationships, understand project pipelines, and position Imperio as their go-to railing partner.

  • CRM & Pipeline Management

    Maintain accurate records in HubSpot (or equivalent), track deal stages, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

  • WhatsApp Follow-Ups

    Execute structured follow-up sequences for warm leads and quotation requests via WhatsApp — keeping prospects engaged and quotes moving forward.

  • Market Research

    Analyse competitor positioning, pricing signals, and market opportunities in the architectural hardware segment.

Requirements

Communication Skills

Strong written and verbal English. Can craft a compelling first message that gets responses.

Research & Prospecting

Ability to identify the right contacts across LinkedIn, industry directories, and trade networks.

Organised & Process-Driven

Comfortable managing a CRM, tracking follow-ups, and keeping a clean pipeline at scale.

Mandatory Requirement

AI Sales Tools

Active use of AI tools for outreach personalisation, research, and pipeline optimisation. This is non-negotiable.

Nice to Have

  • Prior internship or part-time experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo.io, or equivalent CRM / prospecting tools
  • Exposure to the architecture, construction, or building materials industry
